Silas is a co-founder and Managing Director of Catule Consulting Group. Silas is a results-oriented executive with over fourteen years of consulting experience in the petroleum industry.  Silas developed considerable experience in the Upstream and Oilfield Services industry segments as a deep skilled SAP consultant with specific expertise in globalization, business process functionality, implementation, and operations. He has extensive experience in asset management and maintenance for clients organizations managing large, geographically dispersed equipment fleets. He has managed software implementations ranging from ERP enhancements of approximately three months in duration to complex system and process integration programs spanning more than two years.

Silas spends as much of his free time as possible enjoying the outdoors with his wife and 3 children.
