Josh is a co-founder and Managing Director of Catule Consulting Group. Prior to starting Catule Consulting, he worked as a management consultant for 15 years, the majority of his experiences working as an employee of Accenture.

Josh has over seventeen years of experience  in the Energy industry (upstream and downstream)  including twelve years delivering large, complex, global ERP implementations involving process re-engineering, systems and process integration and application implementation. His focus areas have been in the design and implementation of processes and solutions supporting the sales cycle from contract tendering through invoicing inclusive of periphery processes (purchasing, inventory management, equipment and asset management) necessary to support service delivery.  Josh’s greatest strength is his knowledge of the sales & operations processes and their application within the oil & gas industry, and specifically oilfield services. His expertise has been sought out by the industry leaders with proven results in driving process and organizational efficiencies for his clients.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness and a Certificate of International Business from Texas A&M University. He lives in Houston with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, Josh enjoys sending time with his family, running, and following his beloved Texas A&M Aggies sports teams.
