Ashley joined the Catule Consulting team in 2014 as a Principal and brings with her over seventeen years of consulting experience, focused in the disciplines of organizational change management, workplace and workforce transformation, and program management. Ashley has primarily worked in the Energy industry, but she also has experience working for Chemicals, Insurance, Government and Real Estate clients. As an organizational change management professional, Ashley has managed stakeholder groups on projects ranging from 250 to 4,500 employees engaging all levels of an organization globally from non-exempt hourly employees to vice-president level product and/or geographic focused leadership teams.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and doing Pilates.
